Thank you, the title is correct. Of course, I am open to any suggestions to improve it and make it more harmonious with the other conference presentations.

Thank you very much. This is a very exciting agenda with some wonderful speakers! I very much look forward to the conference and am grateful to be participating.

Dear staff of the 2nd SCPSC,

I was one of the participant attended 1st Sapporo conference. The conference was very interesting and impressive. Also beautiful lavender and delicious ramen were in my good memory. I am very glad to hear about 2nd.SCPSC,and I have save the date already.
My colleagues are interested in palliative and supportive care and intend to see the model such as in Higashi Sapporo hospital. Is it possible to visit the hospital and learn something from you all ? Please tell me,I think that it will be able to apply and do something for terminal cancer patients in Thailand.
Best regards,

Tanadej Sinthusake MD.

Dear Dr. Kunihiko Ishitani,

Thank you for your kind introduction of the Sapporo conference in 2017. The last year's meeting was wonderful and I really enjoyed the great lectures and discussion. I'd like to inform my Korean colleagues of your next conference.
By the way, I happened to be the chair of the organizing committee of the 9th National Cancer Center International Symposium, which was held last June. The title of the symposium was 'A new paradigm of supportive oncology'. Dr. Uchitomi and Takahashi were kind enough to visit here to deliver wonderful lectures to Korean audience.

I'm really looking forward to seeing you again at the next conference. If there are anything for me to help, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely yours,

Jong-Heun Kim

Dear Dr. Ishitani

It is wonderful to hear from you.

Thank you for thinking of me to sit with you on the Sapporo Conference Senior Advisory Committee. I would be delighted to work with you on this excellent project. It was such an enjoyable conference - I have not enjoyed any conference as much.

I hope things are going well for you.

Best wishes

Dear Takeshi Terui.

Thanks so much for the invitation to be on the Senior Advisory Committee.
I am very pleased to be asked and will very much like to contribute on the committee.
Concerning skiing , I did several races and now I am doing some running.
Will do some half marathons this fall.

This winter I watched on TV some races in the World Cup from Sapporo...I think it was Nordic Combined.

Looking forward to hear from you in planning the next Sapporo Conference.

All the best

Dr. Ishitani

I would like to thank you all for your important contributions. I would like to further consider whether it is possible to appoint a researcher from overseas as a co-chair. We did very good work in our first meeting and I appreciate your further efforts to ensure success. Thank you in advance for you co-operation.
